House Rennovation & Refurbishment

In just two weeks we were able to replace broken tiles and water damaged units in the kitchen, replace water damaged units in the bathroom and reseal all joints, new carpets were fitted in the bedrooms and a damp problem addressed, a deep clean was given to the property both internally and externally, The drive and front garden were given a face lift with a new side gate, outside tap and a repaint to the garden walls. All the lights were updated to led lights inside and switches fixed. All door handles had been incorrectly installed so we replace with new. Radiators had been pulled off the walls by previous tenants so we made sure they properly secured. Blocked air bricks were unblocked and a damp issue resolved.

After the final part of our job was done the bungalow was sold and on a modest budget this house sold within two weeks and achieved a sale value £12000 more than two estate agents valued it at.

Office Conversion

Having won the plumbing and heating contract as with all London based jobs we had a lot of live lead pipework to decommission but with our specialist team it proved no problem. We discovered a  11/4″ black iron one pipe heating system that was showing signs of leaking and with a severe rust problem, we have replaced the whole system with new iron in the traditional way with hemp and cut on site with our threading machine. With our expert team getting each section back working on the same day so no disruption was made to the other 20 apartments.

Working with a leading interior design team and under instruction from a top local builder, we are currently working to ensure the luxury apartment has all the features the client requires and are having constant meetings to ensure the expectations of all parties are surpassed.
